BioinformaticsThe Genomics Program at CSHL is comprised of faculty working across disciplines and research areas. Their main research interests are genomic organization, structural variation of the human genome as related to disease, computational genomics and transcriptional modeling, and sequencing technology. These faculty are located at both the main campus and the Woodbury Genome Center, which is located a few miles from the main campus.  Faculty in the Genomics program conduct research in the areas of human genetics, functional genomics and small RNA biology.
